Since we came to the US we have been to China Town, Little Italy, Korea Town, Little Tokyo and it was about time we visited Little Ethiopia that is located in Fairfax. LA pt. 9: L bar + Gabrielle Maidens B-day.

We were having problems finding a place to stay at one of the last days in LA, and while waiting for our hostel to call us we decided to hit down town to see what was happening. All of a sudden we spotted Dante Fried Chicken outside a store we were shopping in. Dante is wellknown even in Stockholm for his fried chicken. We had a great time chillin with Dante and his staff manager Chase, outside his truck and he even made us some of his delicious food. Thank you guys! See you in Sweden!

A Night in Little Sweden aka Santa Barbara

We went there to visit our dear friend Michaela that studies in Santa Barbara, aka Little Sweden as we like to call it. Seldom have we seen or meet so many swedish people abroad in the same city, execpt for Thailand. It was pretty bizarre, but it was great seeing her and party the night away. We went back to LA the next day, and unfortunately we never saw Santa Barbara during daytime, but we heard it is a beautiful place.

Viva Las Vegas

If you’re in LA there’s no doubt that you should go to Las Vegas, and we did. We decided to rent a car and headed out on a roadtrip to the city in the desert.

LA pt 7: A DAY AT VENICE BEACH

We spent a whole day at Venice Beach with Chris and Manny. Venice is much more fun than Santa Monica, you could see so many things just by strolling at the boardwalk and talking to all kind of diffrent people.

LA pt 6: Flea Market Madness @ Dodgers Stadium

Dodgers Stadium flea market was nothing we ever seen before. This is every vintage loving person’s dream come true.

LA pt 5: Crenshaw + Felix Da Housecat

We wanted to see the historical part of Crenshaw even though people warned us. They said it was dangerous for us girls to go there but we didnt pay no mind to all the nonsense. We know that some areas in south LA can be unsafe during certain hours and for some people but the part of crenshaw we wanted to visit was not one of them.

This is the mural of the African American progress near Crenshaw High.

LA through our lens pt 3

We spent a whole day walking around in Melrose and Hollywood. Hollywood is fun but not the most interesting place in LA.
