General
We can not guarantee that the colors that the goods have on the webshop reflect the exact color of reality, but will do our best to try to show colors as accurately as possible. Any settings on your computer can affect how color is reproduced. An exact reproduction of the real appearance of the images is nothing we can guarantee. All prices include VAT (25%).

Methods Of Payment
We can only accept payment through PAYPAL.
Shipping Charges
Shipping price for international orders are 200SEK, and 70 SEK for Sweden.
Please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs or import taxes when ordering from us at Mahoyo.com, so be sure to check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. If you don’t pick up your goods, we will charge a fee of 300 SEK for delivery costs and administrative costs.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is normally 4-10 days.
Privacy
We guarantee that no important information, including Personal Information, email addresses, etc will not be shared with third parties.
Cancellations / Changes To Orders
At cancellations or changes of orders, it is important that you mail info@mahoyo.com as soon as possible, so we have time to prevent the order from being sent out. Mark your email clearly with the words “CANCEL + your order number” or “CHANGE + your order number. If we would have to send out the order, the same rules as for open purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges
You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item has to be un-used and in new condition. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 30% of the value of the merchandise or 300SEK. If you want to exchange an item we will send it to you freight-free.
Shipping Damages
Mahoyo is responsible the package arrive to you undamaged. If you notice any damages, it is very important that you as soon as possible send an e-mail to info@mahoyo.com. However, it is you who is responsible for any damages caused to the package when returning it to us.
